In the new release we’re getting:
Objects = WorldRoot:GetPartBoundsInBox(...)
Objects = WorldRoot:GetPartBoundsInRadius(...)
Objects = WorldRoot:GetPartsInPart(...)
These new functions should return normals and contact points.
Why? For the same reasons as this:

It would be very helpful to get all the parts in an area with the benefit of doing Normal calculations.
