Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions page. On this page, you can find many common questions regarding gameplay experience, partnerships, and purchasing upgrades. We’re striving for amazing customer service, and we aim to satisfy our customers to the best of our ability.

1. What is The Wave?

The Wave ® is a Roblox Juicery founded by Selarise in 2017. Our main priority is customer satisfaction, we aim to have a successful connection between our clients and employees. We provide a relaxing environment to talk with friends or just a visit. No matter what business you are here for, we aim to help you to enjoy yourself! When a new player visits our experience, they can socialize with their friends, work as an employee, meet new people and purchase gamepasses and in-game upgrades to better their experience.

2. How do I join The Wave Roblox Group?

If you wish to join our group, please click here.

3. How do I apply for a job?

You must visit the application center which can be found under “experiences” on the group page. You must pass the application to become a “Trainee.” To get to the next ranks, you must attend and pass a training session.

4. Can I work at The Wave with Safechat?

Yes, you can work at The Wave with safechat only has an LR/MR. We require all our HR’s to have safechat disabled due to the privacy settings. Also, we require HR’s to be in our communications server for easier contact.

5. What is the maximum number of items you can order in the game?

The maximum number of items you can order is three.

6. How do I contact Customer Support?

If you wish to contact our customer support team, please join our communication server and make a ticket through our server from our support form. Our agents cannot help through Roblox or third-party sites.

7. If I purchased a gamepass by accident, can I get a refund?

No, we do not offer refunds if you purchased a gamepass or perk from our game. If you wish to receive a refund, you must contact Roblox Customer Support, and send proof of the wrongful purchase.

8. What time are shifts, training, and other sessions hosted?

All session times can be found through our communications server.

9. How do I know if someone is a staff member?

All staff members will have an overhead symbol proving they’re staff. The members of our corporate team will have a visible tag through the Roblox chat, and a much more robust overhead above them.

10. Are you hiring any developers?

We’re currently not hiring any developers to be a part of our team. We will usually make an announcement on the Roblox DevForum that we’re in need of developers. If you wish to become a developer in the future, you may contact our Development Lead @Selarise. You will be given details through direct messages.

11. How do I form a partnership with The Wave?

If you wish to form an alliance with The Wave, you need to contact a member of our Public Relations Team through our communications server.

12. Can I make videos for The Wave? Such as working experiences, and roleplays?

Yes! You can make videos such as working experiences and much more. However, please avoid taking videos of taking the quiz in the application center.

13. Can I make suggestions for The Wave?

Yes! You can post suggestions through our Twitter or in our suggestions channel which is located in our communications server. We appreciate any suggestions, and our engineers will look into them.

14. Do you guys use other platforms like Discord & Twitter?

Yes, we use other platforms such as Discord and Twitter. You can find them through social links on the right side of your screen in groups.

Please note: Per Twitter and Discord Terms of Service, you must be 13+ on both platforms.

15. What do I do if someone is using cheats, exploits, or hacks?

If you find a user using cheats, exploits, or hacks, please take a screenshot of their username and report it through our support form.

16. How do I report a bug?

You can report the bugs to one of our developers through our communications server under the bug-reports channel. You will also need to provide the date and screenshot/video of the bug.

Also, people who find many bugs in our game will be rewarded with a special in-game item and an overhead symbol.

17. How do I report a player?

For Roblox: Select the menu button, located at the upper left of the screen, then select the Report tab at the top of the menu, and click player and write what violation they’ve done.

For The Wave: Take a screenshot and send it to a moderator.

18. How do I invite my friends?

Go to the Roblox Icon on the top left, and click “Invite Friends”

21. How do you guys take action regarding DMCA and Copyright?

As an organization on the Roblox Platform, we reserve the right to take immediate and appropriate action against violators who violate Roblox’s Content Copyright and Intellectual Property. If you’re found using our assets, brand, logos without written permission. You will be notified of a DMCA complaint that will be taken against you. You will have 48 hours to remove the infringing content or we’ll take action.

22. What should I do if I never got the item that I purchased?

Contact Roblox Support to receive a refund or message one of our engineers with proof of the purchased item, and they’ll do their best to resolve the issue. If you do not provide proof of the purchased item, we cannot re-roll any items to your account.

23. How do I become a part of the Quality Assurance Team at The Wave?

You need to pass the application to become a member of the team.

24. How do I become a Contributor?

You must contribute with creating assets or assist with testing.

25. I’ve been banned from the communications server, how do I appeal?

You can locate the ban appeal application through our communications server, applications are open every three months.

26. I’ve been banned from the game, how do I appeal?

Read the instructions on the ban, and see if it’s appealable. If you were blacklisted, your ban is permanent and non-appealable.
