"Thumbnails" and "Icon" configuration pages are missing from the sidebar of subplaces

1. On the Creator Dashboard, go the the configure page of a subplace in an experience
2. Observe the “Thumbnails” and “Icon” options are not present:
   
   

Interestingly, if you do go to the configure icon/thumbnail URLs directly for a subplace - they’re there. For whatever reason they’re suddenly missing from the sidebar.

Expected behavior

You can see, upload, and configure icons and thumbnails for subplaces which was added by this feature request/bug report last year.

I tried reproducing the bug, but it looks like I have no problems seeing the “Icon” and “Thumbnails” configuration pages!
