Thumbnails on thumbnail upload page never load

When I go to change or reorder the thumbnail of my experiences, none of the thumbnails for my game load on the page where you upload them. This happens on all of my experiences in multiple groups, and on multiple browsers and computers.

Thumbnail previews not showing in the configure page

When I configure my game’s thumbnails, the thumbnail previews in the “editor” never show up for me. This has been happening for weeks, 100% of the time. This makes it really difficult to reorder, delete, or otherwise configure the thumbnails for my game. I have to click on each one so that it shows in the big picture just so I know what it is. Then I have to remember the order of all of my thumbnails in order to make changes. [image]

If you could re-assign this report to a new staff member or get us an update, that’d be great. This is a big issue that hinders development and right now we’re being ignored by the staff member who originally responded.

Cannot Remove Thumbnails as collaborator on team created game owned by player

As a collaborator on a team created experience, I am able to rearrange thumbnails, upload thumbnails, but I cannot delete thumbnails (even those uploaded by me). This is very inconvenient as we upload many thumbnails to A/B test and I must request the game owner to delete them instead.
