Tool Animation overrides custom Character Movement animation?

Hi all, for whatever reason when I equip a tool that loads the player with an Idle animation, while another animation related to character movement is playing, the Torso gets overridden and awkwardly stands straight up; as demonstrated in the video below.

Before you even ask questions about “Just change the animation priorities”, this tool idle Animation is looped and set to a priority of “Movement”, while the Running animation is set to “Action”, and should override the tool’s animation but does not.

This post here has asked a similar question, and even after following their possible “solutions”, the tool’s idle Animation still awkwardly keeps the Torso straight up.

I appreciate any support or other ways to maybe solve this.
