Topbar Disappeared. Bug or feature?

The Roblox topbar is gone. When I open the ESC menu, it appears again. Is this a bug or a feature? Any way to turn this off, either by me (for just me), or by the experience creator (for everyone)? For some games this could be bad (like in the example attached), because they make GUIs that match the core GUI style.

The voice chat beta text is still there so if it’s a feature it’s buggy.

Not sure, but I think I saw a notice when I first played Roblox with this. I didn’t read the notice so I’m not sure.

Pretty sure it’s a feature, as there’s a new popup that shows up, which explains the keybinds to open the Roblox Menu.
It seems to be PC only, which in my opinion makes sense.

I understand that it’s buggy for some people, since it’s not updating the TopbarInset, but I don’t have the voice chat beta badge, and it’s working properly, so I think that’s most likely an issue with the beta badge.
