Topics not able to post, even though its been 5 mins

In a topic on DevForum, I had to ask a question
Link for the topic: Release Notes for 519 - #4 by Dionysusnu

And it says wait 5 mins before posts, and its been 14 hours, almost 840 mins, but no one is unable to post

I’ve asked my roblox friends to check if they can post, turns out the cannot post too

We waited more 10 mins and checked still the topic was locked for posting

Frequency = Consistent
Started on = The bug is there since the 2nd post of the topic
Experienced on = The bug is found on 26th March 2022

Only regulars can reply to release notes. It looks like this eventually was changed:

@Roblox

• All members can reply to topics.

However, the behavior silently went back to regular-only without changing the category documentation.

You should support this feature request instead:

Members should be able to post in #release-notes

In here, it says “All members can reply to topics.”: However, I see no reply button anywhere: [image]
