Trail Lifetime is Tied to FPS

The lifetime of trails is tied to FPS. Players with higher FPS will see trails expire MUCH quicker.
The bug happens in studio, and live games.
I’m not sure when this bug started happening. I guess likely since trails existed.

Steps to reproduce (FPS unlocker is recommended to see the effects):

  1. Insert a trail with a high lifetime and extend its length
  2. Observe the trail at a low FPS taking a very long time to expire
  3. Observe the trail in high FPS and see that it will expire very quickly
