When you jump from truss, it’d be nice if it didn’t push you backwards from it. I understand there was some kind of “exploiting” happening before, with being able to jump off the truss, get vertical momentum/ distance, re-attach yourself to the truss, rinse and repeat.
This never really broke any game mechanics or anything, in fact it was a nice reward for skill (and a bit risky to do as well)
In this game, I’ve inserted one of the ships from my games. Climbing up the sides is a pain as well, because if you’re jumping onto them you automatically get bounced off. This may be a case of buggy physics (pls fix) with unanchored truss parts.
Then there’s the climbable part to a crow’s nest. Tilted truss parts work horrendously. On this, you get locked in and can’t move for some reason, and you have to jump off to be able to move again. And when you jump off, you get sent flying off the damn ship because of the way it works now.
Trusses should also be climbable if they’re attached to characters/ humanoids. This is expected behavior from them; they’re purpose for climbing, it makes no sense if they get disabled on Humanoids. (No normal character models will have truss, and the ones that do NEED to be climbable, like large vehicles or ships with health)
