We ensure that our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of creativity, putting a ton of effort into the game and producing excellent pieces of work. Our employees make sure to provide outstanding work and overcome any challenges that come into their paths. Code of Conduct

:scroll: In addition to complying with the Roblox Terms of Service, you are required to follow our community’s specific set of rules, which have been designed to maintain a positive and enjoyable environment for all players. We expect every player to fully understand and abide by these guidelines. Failure to comply will result in appropriate moderation actions by our Management Team.

Alliance Guide

:star: To establish an alliance with Tsugi, your group must meet the following guidelines and expectations. Failure to fulfill any of these requirements will result in the automatic rejection of your application. Tsugi values alliances with exceptional groups that demonstrate high standards of activity, professionalism, organization, and communication. These criteria ensure that all partnerships contribute positively to both communities.

  • The group must have at least 300 genuine, non-botted members and a minimum of 100 non-botted communications server members.
  • The group must demonstrate consistent activity and show substantial growth over time.
  • Professional demeanor and strong reputation within the Roblox community is required.
  • The group must have no history of scamming, free ranking, or misconduct from its high-ranking members.
  • Willingness to promote and announce Tsugi events within the group.
  • The group can’t be a copy or stolen a stolen concept, it should be mostly original.
  • At least one representative from the group must be provided.

:memo: If your group meets the requirements, please answer the following questions to the best of your ability. We recommend formulating your responses in a Google document with thorough detail and clarity. For more information or guidance, please refer to the Tsugi | Alliance Guide. Once completed, open a ticket in our Communications server for the application to be reviewed, and the results will be sent to you. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding alliances, feel free to open a ticket and reach out to a member of the Public Relations Department. We look forward to reviewing your application and wish you the best of luck!

  • What is the name of your group? Please provide a brief description and include relevant group links.
  • Why are you seeking an alliance with Tsugi?
  • How will your group benefit Tsugi?
  • How active is your group in terms of events and member engagement?
  • What sets your group apart from others in the same industry?
  • Please provide us with at least one representative that we can reach out to when needed.
  • Do you understand that Tsugi reserves the right to terminate or blacklist this alliance if any issues arise that could harm the relationship between our groups?
Ban Appeals

:page_with_curl: At Tsugi, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. Rule-breaking behavior will not be tolerated in any form. If you violate our rules or policies, appropriate action will be taken, which may include account termination, game bans, or removal from our communications server. However, we do believe in second chances. If you can demonstrate genuine improvement and prove yourself worthy, you may be considered for an unban from our community.

  • You must wait 48 hours from the time you were banned before submitting an appeal. Appeals submitted before this period will not be reviewed.
  • You will receive a response about your appeal within up to 72 hours. Please do not contact staff members to expedite the process.
  • Clearly explain your situation and provide proof of the ban being unjust in your appeal ticket. Ensure your appeal includes your username, the reason for the ban, and relevant evidence; incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
  • Refrain from submitting multiple appeals for the same issue. Only submit additional appeals for different reasons otherwise it will be denied.
  • Trolling or inappropriate behavior in your appeal or ticket may result in losing the opportunity to appeal in the future.
  • Tsugi reserves the right to decline any appeal for any reason.
  • Ensure all information provided is accurate and truthful, particularly your username and supporting evidence.
