Ranks
Guest
Customer
Player who has joined the group but is unable to work. Must take an application in order to rank up.Noted Customer
Former high-ranking members and select individuals chosen by the Founders for their contributions or qualifications.Allied Representative
Official representatives from groups that are allied with Tsugi.
Entry Team
Trainee
You are not permitted to work in the restaurant until you have successfully completed a training session. All individuals must pass this session before being allowed to work behind the counters.Junior Chef
An official staff member recently ranked and is able to serve customers. These individuals have basic knowledge of their position and are expected to show consistent activity and dedication to advance in the ranks.Senior Chef
An official staff member who has demonstrated improved performance and knowledge in serving customers. Continued activity and dedication are necessary for further advancement within Tsugi.Head Chef
The highest rank attainable within the Entry Team. These staff members have demonstrated exceptional knowledge and dedication to the restaurant. They may be considered for promotion to management positions if they meet the necessary requirements.
Management Team
Staff Intern
This is the trial rank for those aspiring to become an official management member. Earned through outstanding performance as a Head Chef, Staff Interns assist all restaurant staff and prepare for future management responsibilities.Supervisor
Staff members who have successfully passed the trial period as a Staff Intern. They have proven their understanding of expectations and possess a general knowledge of Tsugi’s operations. Supervisors assist all staff in the restaurant.Manager
Highly proficient staff members who have shown exceptional dedication, activity, and knowledge within Tsugi. They play a critical role in supporting the staff and ensuring smooth operations in the restaurant.Director
The highest achievable Management rank, in order to continue ranking up they will have to continue working hard and showing dedication.
Corporate Team
Corporate Intern
This is the Trial rank to becoming an official Corporate member, once you reach this rank you will get the option to choose one of the three departments. They are specifically chosen based on activity and performance.Corporate Assistant
The first official Corporate Team rank, they are members who have passed the Corporate Trial and are now expected to show high professionalism and activity to move further on.Corporate Officer
Corporate members who showed dedication, professionalism and activity proving they were qualified to reaching this rank. Further qualifications needed to move forward.Corporate Director
The highest Corporate Team rank achievable, these are members who have showed excellent performance, dedication, professionalism and activity. They are meant to prove their worth in order to possibly move into the Chiefs rank.

Chief Relations Officer
The Chief of Relations handles all Relations related factors, they handle affiliates, events, social media platforms and much more.Chief Operations Officer
