I believe this is an automated moderation oversight which puts bundle creators at unnecessary risk.
Whenever you use the Auto Rig feature in Studio, it will upload the mesh Roblox rigs to the toolbox as well, which would then be scanned by the automated moderation system.
There’s a delay from when you get a warning from your rig being in violation of TOS, so like 10+ bans can stack up on the meshes you rig without you realizing until they all hit you at once and terminate your account due to the ban stack, in place of a warning as intended.
Every single auto rig uploaded was the exact same, with the majority of ban appeals being accepted, yet their accounts remain terminated. This in effect means that consequences from the assets being appealed aren’t even being reverted either.
All bans initially were labeled as “Sexual Content”, despite having required modesty, which reflects on the change made on the ban reason, from “Sexual Content” to “Misusing Roblox Systems”.
Due to the sensitive nature of the information included, more relevant information will be shared through private content in order to provide more insight into the moderation actions, along with their respective IDs. Thank you for your time.
Expected behavior
This type of infraction only leads to a warning or temporary suspension.
Automated moderation actions shouldn’t be given in a way which turn several warnings into a complete account termination.
The only reason this occurs is due to the continuous and repeated nature in which these infractions are being handed out.
