Unable to configure asset to be on-sale

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    Im trying to configure my asset to be on-sale, Its not working for me and I keep getting a error message.

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    If I configure my asset and try to save changes, I get this error message: “Something went wrong configuring the product Please try again later.”

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    Tried using a VPN
    Switching accounts
    Restarting WIFI
    Using another browser

i have the same problem. maybe it’s something wrong with roblox?

Yes, there must be. I already contacted them via the support. Hope this gets resolved.

Yeah I’m having the same problem as well. Likely issue on roblox’s end. Hopefully they fix it soon.

I have this exact issue and it impacts my workflow heavily with my own games. I hope this can be looked into really soon.
