Unable to create topics as a Regular in Feature Requests and Bug Reports

Around 12:56PM (CEST) today, I noticed that the “New topic” button in Feature Requests and Bug Reports was disabled and my trust level is Regular.

Steps:
Opened the Developer Forum > Went to Feature Requests/Bug Reports Category > Noticed that the “New Topic” button is disabled.

The forum “recently” [not that recent but it happened this year] switched the #bug-reports and #feature-requests to group-based, read this announcement for further detail

As above this is expected behavior, Regular has nothing to do with bug report or feature request access anymore.
