Unable to join any game at all

I’m unable to join any game at all as it gets stuck on “joining server” or “connecting to server” for studio. This started happening today and is most likely related to Error 429 authentication. I was only able to join a game once after unplugging and replugging my WiFi router and restarting PC, then it went right back to stuck on “joining server” after I left and tried to rejoin a game. This seems to be an urgent issue as it’s preventing players from playing anything at all. The only way it works if you get lucky but after some time the game you’re in gets connection issues and you have to leave, and start the process all over hoping to get lucky and be able to join.

I’m still able to join on my phone fine using its cellular data or even my house WiFi but can’t join anything on PC whatsoever unless I use my phones hotspot as a connection. Will be unable to play Roblox if this persists.

Expected behavior

I expect to be able to actually join any game if at all on my pc without having to use A hotspot or a VPN (which doesn’t work either but it’s worth a try)

Uninstall and reinstall Roblox Player and Studio on your PC to see if that helps.
Also check your computer’s wifi connection speed. There may be something that’s changed in your wifi settings that’s limited your PC speed.

I have tried that sadly, and my internet speed is stable at a consistent 330 MBPS, all other things work fine , including the Roblox website itself , it’s only when joining a game it gets stuck on joining server loop

This seems to be a duplicate issue of where follow up is added Unable to join games on PC once again - Similar to Error 429.

Im having a very similar issue where the roblox player doesn’t open at all after updating today.
