I am unable to payout group funds in my group. This happens in-app, & on web on pc & iOS.
Expected behavior
I should be able to payout robux

Are you viewing the right group on creator hub? Also scroll up, it appears that you have scrolled down looking at the scroll bar on creator dashboard

There is a staff message at the bottom of that topic
normally theres a payout option there

Sorry for the late reply, this issue happens occasionally, not not every time
I experienced it yesterday also.
I see, it sounds like this is a transient error. You’re able to access the page, but the payout button is missing?

Gotcha. If you can capture your browser’s network tab next time this happens, that’d be helpful for us to track down exactly what’s going wrong
