Unable To Remove Roblox-Generated Assets From Inventory

Reproduction Steps
Take an asset created by Roblox (model, decal, audio, ect)

Browser Information

  • User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/110.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
  • Platform Type: PC
  • Device Type: Computer

Expected Behavior
Roblox assets should have a ... menu to allow users to remove the item from their inventory.

Actual Behavior
Roblox assets lack a ... menu, which prevents users from deleting the item.

I’m sure this used to be intended behavior because a couple years ago I remember seeing something that said “Items made by Roblox can’t be deleted from an inventory” (though it’s not there anymore) in the help article confirming that users can’t get a refund when they delete something from their inventory.

I would assume it’s unintended, as I believe the inability to delete owned items was only meant for catalog items

I need (very much want) this to be fixed.
I’m not sure if it’s intentional or not but this is very annoying behavior.

There have been multiple bug reports of this on the devforum but they all seem to be ignored or just very low priority?

Is there an update on this currently? I would like to safely own assets created by Roblox and if I no longer need them anymore or I wanted to clean up my inventory I would just delete or remove items created by Roblox. Thanks.
