Unable to update profile because of PIN

When trying to update I get the error stating that I’m unable to update because my PIN is locked. However, it’s not.

I know it’s being phased out, but now I also can’t turn it off since it no longer shows the option under Security.

I’m on PC and Brave (version of Chrome).
