Unable to use the camera feature, avatar unresponsive to head movement

What do you want to achieve?
I would like to be able to use the camera feature on my PC.

What is the issue?
When I enable my camera, my avatar does not respond to my head movement, instead it stays on the idle animation. No errors or any kind of message show up.

What solutions have you tried so far?
I have attempted these steps to try and resolve this myself;

  • Set the desired camera as the selected device on the client and restarted Roblox
  • Configured the camera in Windows settings and restarted my PC
  • Clean reinstalled Roblox altogether (player and studio) and restarted both my PC and Roblox
  • Deactivated and reactivated the Camera feature in the Roblox settings

Additionally, I have also tested to see if the camera was capable of detecting my face (to some degree,) and the Window’s camera app had no issues finding my face.
