I’m not sure if this is a bug or this is normal. This has never been a problem before until recently.
It’s the new CSG engine. Tiny rounding errors cause this, you can probably solve it by switching to the old CSG engine.

It’s a combination of rounding errors made by the studio tools. You can switch to old CSG by Going File–>Settings–>Physics–>DisableCSGv2.

Somehow I missed this when scanning the devforum. Like others have already pointed out, this is a known issue which we have a fix for.
If all goes well the fix will be shipped for christmas, with a number of other fixes.
