Union texture/material rotated by 45 degrees problem

I am having issue with broken 45 degrees rotated material direction when i union a bunch of parts

I have tried selecting the first part to be the flat big one
I have tried selecting the last part to be the flat big one
I have tried to union the arch parts first and then union them to the other
I have tried selecting the first part to be one of the rotated ones
I have tried selecting the last part to be one of the rotated ones

Only solution i can think of is export it to blender, merge the parts there and import in studio, then disable collision on the mesh because of the broken hitbox meshes have, and set the original parts to invisible and use them as hitbox, but all of this would double the amount of faces and thus reduce performance

I can’t find a solution for that either… I think all union rotates at the last added parts rotation. You can try it by adding the part that has 0,0,0 rotation lastly to the union.

Please read the whole thing, in fact, i tried all possible combinations

I didn’t really understanded what did you said there. Sorry for that.

Union all of the parts, then ADD a new part that is relatively the its size but make it smaller. Insert the part in the middle MAKING SURE IT ISN’T VISIBLE (TRANSPARENCY IS STILL 0). Union everything and try it

I found the problem myself
the arch blocks were 0.02 wider

and were 0.03 studs offset

Now its fixed
