Unions not appearing on mobile devices

We have been getting lots of complaints lately that certain parts of our game have become “literally unplayable” on mobile (and they’re not wrong).

Certain puzzles or map features rely on the user to be capable of rendering Unions, and recently several mobile users have shown screenshots that indicate Unions are not loading at all on these devices.

At this time, I am unsure if it is specific to any OS. I just know this came up recently (last couple weeks or so).

Does anyone else know about this, or has anyone else gotten similar reports from players?

Edit: It appears to be all Android devices I’ve tested so far, and they don’t load Unions at all.

Not loading Unioned Parts on Mobile

I’ve been getting alot messages of people not being able to see their players on mobile. I use custom characters, and from what they described it’s them not seeing the unioned parts of the character. Basically any CSG parts don’t load onto their devices. I couldn’t get a repro of this problem on my IPhone6, but one of the devices someone said they were having issues was on a Samsung J3 Emerge. Unfortunately that post was not placed in the Mobile Bugs category (just the generic Bugs parent category) so I wonder if that will affect its ability to get fixed in a timely manner…

Severe issue. No unions at all displaying on my game.
