Unresponsive Page from Console Errors, Cant See or Join Games

I can’t view or play games because of some parts of the page failing to load as the result of a .js script failing.

I’ve had this issue on one machine for two months. I have another machine that doesn’t experience this issue. I have no extensions, haven’t modified my security settings, or done anything different with how I use the website in at least months. Both machines are on Windows 11, using Firefox.

Expected behavior

The website should work as it always has.

Firefox has had a multitude of issues with the Roblox website in the past few weeks. Using a different browser will probably work as a temporary solution whilst this issue is being resolved. Also, I’m assuming you’ve tried Ctrl + Shift + R to hard reload the page?

We fixed one group of issues recently on Firefox.

Sounds like this is a separate issue?

I actually hadn’t, yet. After sending Iron_Legion my console, I tried using Ctrl + Shift + R and it fixed my issue - but how was I, a normal user, supposed to know?

Glad that fixed it!

My guess is that this was a stale cached script from the previous round of Firefox issues. If this happens again, let us know.
