Unticked Use2022Materials causing lighting bug

Today I got a few bug reports from my players that the sea in the distance for my game has turned black. But it should normally be blue.
Found that when having the Use2022Materials option unticked in materials service, it causes rendering issues to occur with the material.


Ive managed to replicate the problem studio when making the water material foil and having use2022materials unticked

I believe this bug is also similar to this, but more wide spread then just the pebble texture

Can confirm this is happening on our experience as well, seems to be related to Use2022Materials. I’ve attached a simple repro place, simply zoom out ~1500 studs from the block and it should reproduce the shadow bug.
