This is very disrespectful and your post is very immature, what @varjoy said was absolutely correct, a salary of 750USD a month is very inadequate for a programmer with the skill set required, they should be receiving at least 4k - 5k a month,

To be honest, 750 dollars a month is a lot of money, personally speaking I think that the payment is perfect.
