The front page is still content deleted because Roblox can’t make their damn mind up on what is copied, and what is original. I’ve had my design uploaded before, and then botted. Soon after uploading, it got content deleted and the botted versions didn’t.

Couldn’t be more right. I’ve seen more than thong panties. Roblox really just deletes the stuff they first see. Ah what a nice original design, let’s delete it. Let’s.

I’m not gonna laugh about it, but seeing people who change their way of talking about something not knowing if I had to deal with clothing in the past is as hilarious as that, but I’m not gonna start a fire. Good thing I didn’t say I had, but I wonder if that would value this conversation differently. I love seeing different reactions from people, you just made my day better, thank you.

I am still uploading for 10 robux per clothing item, and the group stores are still broken. I’m about to give up on this (can’t say what I REALLY want to say), because of Roblox being so incompetent. Roblox, if you can’t run this platform efficiently then please find someone who can for God’s sake.

I also love the fact that us honest designers are here ranting and raving because we have to pay a 10 robux upload fee because of people who copy. I have found a few “copy designers” on this very thread that own copied clothing groups. Just more groups added to the copied clothing groups list. I hope their groups get locked.

Yeah, so sad that people decide to copy clothing. I have had many designers work for my groups, and some of them used to copy ideas from other clothes. Then my group got locked. Lost 83k members, very sad to see what people will do to make money.

Idk it’s people like that why I never really hire other designers lol. I just make my own stuff more or less. Your own fault for not checking their templates closely, it’s not too difficult to see if someone is genuinely making clothing or splicing together stuff from other designs that someone already made.

At the time, I had over 8 designers. It’s hard to check every template when you are super busy with updates and stuff. They we’re very popular and I trusted them a lot.

You don’t need to check every single template, most designers have their own groups where you can do a rough “background” check for their own interview to tell whether or not they genuinely make their own clothing. If they don’t have their own group, then it’s sus and you shouldn’t even talk to them lol.
Protip: pants seem to get copied more often than just shirts, check the shoes someone uses, those tend to get copied the most, or at least recycled.

I am so sorry! I hate that happened to you. It is very sad, and pathetic to say the least. Some groups use “group holders” because they copy. Roblox needs to investigate further when these groups are reported and not only perm ban the alts but also the real owners. I wish they could track IP addresses and nail every damn one of them. If I see a group whose clothing has been stolen I will let the original designers know so they can make a DMCA report. I keep track of all that stuff. You can bet I will help a honest fellow designer.

There are some groups that have a holder in the interests of having their main not tied to anything, it’s common when someone has a lot of value and is regularly targeted.
Or when the group is being co-owned and doesn’t want just one person in charge of all the funds, so it’s a mutual agreement to have one account they can both access and agree to not touch.

I just use my account. Although lately I see why so many choose to go that route .My group is currently over 61K, I might have to do the same if things don’t change soon.

Yeah my group is only at 400, but I don’t really run any ads.
I have spent upwards of 700K out of my own pocket on ads alone.
Jesus. I think I spent like 500 on ads in total, but I’ve made roughly 20k since I’ve made the group back in November(?)
