I donā€™t know witch of my game has this. Can you specify the game ID when you send a message. I also donā€™t do paid random items, I just fill out the quiz randomly.

Not sure if Iā€™m alone in this, but I got the message notifying me of this change because I was ā€œdetected as having paid random itemsā€ in one or more of my games, which I do notā€¦

Is something considered a paid random item and should respect the paidrandomitem policy if itā€™s also obtainable elsehow than buying it with Robux?

The ArePaidRandomItemsRestricted PolicyService API and the Experience Guidelines and Questionnaire changes are now in effect.

  • If your experience is declared to contain paid random items and to not use the ArePaidRandomItemsRestricted PolicyService API, it automatically becomes unavailable to UK users under the age of 18 to stay compliant.

  • Updated non-compliant regions are now visible on the Questionnaire landing and preview pages.

Itā€™s a currency that you can only get from paying VERY REAL money. Find a decent way to make money.

Iā€™ve added the API to my game and Iā€™m getting a lot of queries from players in the Netherlands saying ā€œIā€™m not British and some content doesnā€™t work for meā€.
Iā€™m wondering if the API is actually relevant to teenagers in the Netherlands as well as the UK.

From my knowledge it all depends where you are located in the world, however most times they will require ID Verification for you to unlock age restricted perks.

Same here. I got emails and messages about three random, old, unused experiences from a couple of years ago which donā€™t have paid items at all, let alone random paid items, and havenā€™t even had an experience survey done.

One of them was an application hub game from about 6 years ago.

I think Iā€™m just going to ignore themā€¦

EDIT 30/09: Have received an apology email from ROBLOX stating that the email was sent in error. Problem solved.

If you ignore then, your games wonā€™t get banned, games thats doesnā€™t have done the forms for age restrictions are 13+ by default
