Roblox already has a manual verification system to check Development Income, whenever you try to DevEx and Roblox is not sure as to how you earned your Robux, they ask you for pictures with evidence of your contributions. I believe applying for the badge should be an option as long as there are actual people checking it.
I have never DevEx’d so I do not have full knowledge on that system, I just know that Roblox does checks on contributions to know whether your earned Robux were actually “eligible convertible income”. This whole verification system is a little messy and uncoordinated though so nothing really shocks me. haha
