I mean even if we don’t get accepted in the next couple months we atleast get it regardless.
Though I would expect a creation fee like with shirts and pants but a larger amount cause its an accessory or whatnot.

Better to get accepted now than after the public ugcs get released, because there’ll be more competition. I know some people who are a lot better than i am but not in ugc. I doubt that they’ll actually end private UGCs, just simply add public uploads and creations.

Man… The long waiting time for our response is really taking long…
Maybe the permanently opened UGC Application was a mistake. I know it’s kinda good in their own ways, people can apply whenever they want, but the waiting time is taking too long… I’m tired of waiting…
And the part where they ask for your portfolio, I don’t think that’s necessary at all, in fact, it’s very unnecessary. The application is about your skills and creativity and the Talent Hub stuff are also unnecessary especially with the “activity” part. Some of us aren’t very active on Talent Hub 'cuz many of us just don’t want to upload daily things into Talent Hub or some of us don’t care about it at all…

I do feel the responses take quite a while, but then again the amount of applicants are much more then the last application. I don’t think this is the permanent applications fault as we are only 2 months over the original applications deadline. There are just more applicants this time around then before, especially after all the new changes that have come to the program.
I disagree strongly on the portfolio viewpoint as how else can you expect to properly display your finished works/projects and means of completing them? You need a portfolio to showcase your skills and talents. However, if you are crtiizing the Talenthub, that is it’s own separate situation. While I don’t think many people want to post their work for privacy reasons, it is a great means for administrators/reviewers to check up on your current progress in-case they are unsure of your submitted documentation on your application.
I suggest you use this time to polish and/or create new UGC accessories in preparation for if you get accepted.

I agree on the portfolio part,
It’s pretty easy to use and displays your past works / what you’re capable of.
It’s quite obvious why ROBLOX wants you to use it for the Application.

Disagree on the Talent Hub part,
It’s more convenient for ROBLOX to view a single page that to have to go through all the works you have screenshots of.
Also like someone said before, the wait time is a taken, given theres is more applications now than before.
On the bright side, UGC is coming to all players soon so even if you dont get accepted now with the less wide market you can still go at it with the eventual wider market.

I have a question for any current UGC creators, I got accepted over two weeks ago and haven’t been contacted by anyone. I’m just curious how long it takes to have access to the features or be contacted.

Congrats! I haven’t been accepted myself but from what I’ve seen it can take up to a month - there’s waiting, waiting and even more waiting after you think the waiting is finally over. It shouldn’t be much longer now - I’m pretty sure they check their requests periodically, so if you haven’t been contacted, most of those who were accepted around the time you were wouldn’t have been either. Sadly there’s nothing you can do to expedite the process. 
Any chance you can recall how long ago you applied?

It took about 2 weeks for me. They’re approving a lot of people right now, so it may take a while. Nothing moves fast in Roblox.

They probably don’t even look at the applications anymore, since we’re already halfway through the year and late 2023 will be public UGC.

I had to retake the survey because the form didn’t go through the first time, and I’ve been waiting for 52 days. They said they sent me another form, but I haven’t received it. I’m hoping they can fix it.
Bro, that is so weird. I’ve like applied 3 times to confirm, but never got one. Possibly could link the survey? I might maybe have taken the wrong survey perhaps.

It took them about 4 months to respond, I got no confirmation email when I applied.

They may be still processing your first application, It’s very annoying that they just leave you in the dark about this stuff, I had completely forgotten about my application by the time I got an email back.

In the talent center all you have to do is post a History of your UGC designs and 3D modeling experience.
