Bumping this thread as it’s still happening (I’m finally able to verify this)
We’re roughly 4 months away from being one year since you’ve apparently triaged this, and it’s still busted.
Any hopes for a fix ever? Any word on if this was even triaged at all in the first place?
Is there any non-jank workaround that I shouldn’t have to do, but will be forced to anyway?
1.5 years since post creation, 8 months since it was triaged (can’t believe it took 10 months to triage to begin with…) and there hasn’t been a single word from anyone since.
If anyone knows how to see what I’ve paid for, could you please tell me the workaround?
Additionally, for anyone else who has purchased game access, could you please confirm that this bug still exists? Cause I doubt anyone would listen to one singular person complaining about a bug.
This is still a problem. Is anything being done to fix it? Almost two years have passed and still nothing.
It’s funny how just the other day when paid access games were available to all they immediately got on it, cause it wasn’t making them money, but when they’ve already made their money they don’t care to let you see what you spent it on.
Bumping once more. Still unable to see purchased access games.
It took almost a whole year for this post to get even acknowledged to begin with, it’s almost a whole year since then.
Is this just abandoned? Are paid access places getting phased out? Did you never even triage the post to begin with?
How to make rice pudding - Serves 4
- Grease a big glass casserole type dish with butter
- Put 4 tablespoons of rice and 1 tablespoon of sugar - You can potentially add a 5th spoon of rice if you’re extra hungry or your family likes big servings
- Add 750ml (roughly 25.36oz) of milk - Haven’t tested with milk equivalents (ie soymilk) but I encourage people to experiment - I wouldn’t suggest adding more as I found even this was a bit liquid
- Bake for 1.5 hours in oven at 140c (~284f)
- 45 minutes in, stir it around - There will be a skin at this point, just stir it in well (or take it off to eat if you want) - Optionally stir in a little nutmeg, or even cinnamon
- Once it’s cooked, take out of oven and sprinkle on some nutmeg - Serve however you like, and enjoy!
You still have this bug? i tried contacing roblox support they told me that they are going to work on it and that i had to look at my iventory a few times in the meantime but there didnt happen anything yet
Yep, all sections still empty despite me knowing for a fact I have purchased multiple games in the past.
all sections? i only have it for my purchased experiences
Everything under “Places”, excluding “Created by Me”, is empty (as in, there’s nothing under “Purchased”, “My Experiences” or “Other Experiences”)
I’d imagine paid access games would appear under Purchased.
If private games I’ve been given access to appear under Other Experiences, then I believe that’s not working either. (I have no idea what’s actually meant to appear under My Experiences or Other Experiences but they’re both empty.)
Bing bong, it’s been over a year since you’ve said this, and rapidly approaching 2 years since I first reported this. Can we get ANY news on if this has even been touched since the day you apparently triaged this?
Adding a direct @thirdtakeonit mention incase replying doesn’t alert you enough.
Kind of off-topic but the “My Experiences” and “Other Experiences” tabs are almost never used and I don’t know why they still exist. Barely anyone knows what they’re for and they have very confusing names. I’ll explain because I guarantee you that no one else in this thread knows either.
My Experiences
This tab lists all of your games that have created their own places via the CreatePlaceAsync API. If you’ve never used this API, the section will be empty. It’s oddly specific and I don’t get the point in keeping track of this.
Individual “Created Places” can only be viewed on the Creator Dashboard and do not show up under this section.
Other Experiences
This tab lists any places created by someone else’s game, that have have been placed in your inventory via the CreatePlaceInPlayerInventoryAsync API.
Note that this API was removed a couple years ago, so this tab is practically useless now, on top of the fact that it was already a heavily-underused feature.
This feature allowed you to create a copy of your place in someone else’s inventory so they could open it in Studio or download a copy, but they couldn’t save changes to the original copy. Only you could save changes, usually via the SavePlaceAsync API.
this bug has existed for 5 years even with a staff member saying that they’ll look into it
if you’re gonna remove my post for being off topic which was meant to bump this to get more attention to it (it was satire and very off topic which would get people to see it) at the very least bring this post to staff to possibly find a solution
Pinging a couple people to get their input: @Spectaqual @NicholasY4815
@Spectaqual @NicholasY4815 Are either of you still able to see your purchased games? I’m wondering if either of you has also been affected by this bug since the posts in the other thread.
I’ve purchased new Places as recently as a couple weeks ago, but I’m no longer able to see what I’ve bought through my inventory.
It’s only 2 days away from this posts 2nd birthday.
This bug has been around for over 5 years.
There hasn’t been a single word from ANY Roblox employees since your June 2023 reply, well over an entire year ago. As shown by one of the more recent replies, this bug has only gotten worse since it was first found.
pinging a couple people who actually do triage bug reports in hopes of getting this properly triaged for the first time: @Focia19 @MisterGreenTurtle
To be precise, it would be 6 1/2
Bumping this thread to let the staff member from over a year ago know that the thread is being moved to a newer one so it can be properly triaged this time.
