The Human Resources Department truly believes in a work-life balance. However, high activity is always appreciated and will lead to many opportunities. If you are curious to find out how many points you have obtained, a document is released in the communication server on a weekly basis containing each staff members’ individual point totals, as well as Employee of the Week and promotions. Human Resources Department advises all staff members to make a note of their individual point totals in the instance of an admin error.
It is incredibly important that you meet your requirements, failure to do so will lead to punishment, which could put your job role at risk. Furthermore, it is advised that staff members who believe that mitigating circumstances will lead to inability to meet the quota make an Inactivity Notice, if absenteeism is required.

Promotion Requirements
- Trainee - Junior Barista: Requires to attend and pass the training procedure. Trainees don’t receive work points.

Junior Barista - Head Barista Requires to acquire the amount of work points or be selected by the Human Resources Department.
- Junior Barista - Barista requires 100 work points
- Barista - Senior Barista requires 250 work points
- Senior Barista - Head Barista requires 550 work points
- Head Barista - Supervisor: Requires to be selected by the Human Resources Department.
- Supervisor - Management Intern: Requires to send and application for the Management Team and be selected by the Human Resources Department
- Management Intern - General Manager: Requires to be selected by the Human Resources Department
- General Manager - Corporate Intern: Requires to send an application for the Corporate Team and be selected by the Leadership Team.
- Corporate Intern - Corporate Director: Requires to be selected by the Leadership Team.
- Corporate Director - Vice President: Requires to be selected by Executive Vice President+.
- Vice President - Executive Vice President: Requires to be selected by President.
