Maybe we could use vector images in the future, were images can be stretched without being pixelated into nothing?

Another good thing is they are usually smaller in size.
Would we use .svg? This would be awesome for scalable logos in game, or custom text.
That would make the most sense in my opinion, considering that’s become a standard for web vector graphics.
And I like this suggestion. I would love the ability to scale UI elements and such without risking the pixel mess.
As a graphic artist and UI designer…
YYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
As a mainly vector artist, this would be amazing.
Bumping this again, since it’s a long time, and not many reply’s.
There’s a card for this in the feature requests trello board
Ah ok, so someone actually listened xD
But it’s taking time i guess.
Bump.
Making sure this isn’t forgot, and get’s noticed again.
Yes please!!
Also I think roblox should switch from .png to .webp
I was about to suggest this. I just had to reupload something 2x (3 basically, I put two together) because stretched png sucks.
Please can we use .svgs? The quality of UI and images would go up so much!!!
Do we have any updates on this card?
Or is it just being in there?
This was declined at RDC because SVG is an extensive file format (almost like its own programming language) and there is too much to support.
