Rank Descriptions and Limitations
Customer (Unlimited)
Customers are guests who visit our games, specifically the cafe. They order from the selection of our amazing food and beverages. Customers can apply for employment within our company through the application center.
Noted Customer (Unlimited)
Noted Customers are those who have contributed to Verde or who are our partnered representatives. They are treated as regular customers, with high respect.
Trainee (Unlimited)
Trainees are new employees who have passed their application. Trainees are expected to attend a training session as it’ll be beneficial to them.
Junior Barista (Unlimited)
Junior Baristas are employees who have gone through one training session. Junior Baristas are expected to have more knowledge and skill than Trainees.
Barista (Unlimited)
Baristas are employees who have gone through two training sessions. Baristas are expected to have much more knowledge and skill than Trainees and Junior Baristas.
Senior Barista (Unlimited)
Senior Baristas are employees who have gone through three training sessions. Senior Baristas are expected to be highly experienced and to have mastered all of the recipes.
Lead Barista (Unlimited)
Lead Baristas are employees who have obtained 200 Verde Points. Lead Baristas are expected to be highly experienced and to have mastered all of the recipes.
Management Intern (25)
Management interns are the transition from a Low Rank (Trainee - Lead Barista.) Management Interns are tasked to supervise the cafe & training sessions.
Staff Assistant (25)
Staff Assistants are responsible for assisting in training sessions. They are also responsible for primarily assisting our staff members and working behind the counter when needed.
Supervisor (20)
Supervisors are responsible for co-hosting and assisting in training sessions. They are also responsible for assisting our staff and customers at the cafe.
Manager (20)
Managers are tasked with hosting and assisting in training sessions. They are also tasked with supervising the cafe, making sure it is running smoothly, and assisting our staff members and customers.
Coordinator (20)
Coordinators are tasked with managing the MI’s, hosting and assisting in training sessions, and are also tasked with supervising the cafe, making sure it is running smoothly, and assisting our staff members and customers.
Executive Assistant (12)
Executive Assistants are tasked with assisting in their chosen department. They are also tasked with assisting high-ranking executives within our company.
Chief Public Relations Officer (2)
Chief Public Relations Officers are tasked with managing our partnerships and assisting our community. They are also tasked with assisting their head of department.
Chief Human Resources Officer (2)
Chief Human Resources Officers are tasked with managing our employees and disciplinary action system. They are also tasked with assisting their head of department.
Vice President (2)
Vice Presidents are tasked with managing and leading a department within our company. They are also tasked with assisting the President.
Executive Vice President (2)
Executive Vice Presidents are tasked with managing and leading all departments within our company. They are also tasked with assisting the President.
President (1)
The President is responsible for overseeing and managing the company throughout its daily operations.
