Voice chat not appearing despite meeting requirements

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    I’m 13+ and e-mail, phone, and age verified. I live in the U.S. This more than meets the requirements set here. I’m trying to enable voice chat because I primarily play a roleplay game and being able to hear people would be more fun and easy in it.

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    Despite being verified in the U.S and having had my account for close to 8 years, the voice chat option hasn’t enabled even after 2 days (since I verified my age. I’ve had my phone and e-mail verified for much longer.)

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    Roblox support isn’t helping at all (they sent me pretty much the same copy/paste requirement list that I meet and “Roblox support can’t activate voice chat” stuff) and I don’t want to make a new account because I’ve spent money on mine and ofc because I’ve had the account for so long.

Has anybody else had this issue before?

Interesting. I took a look at the link in yours and mine has the similar stuff disabled.


This portion stood out to me: “denialReason”:3

After brief research I found this post. One of the answers said this: “Denial reason:3 - Criteria met however not in deployed country, state, or city.” You have the same denial reason.
This reason still confuses me because voice chat has been in all of the U.S for a while hasn’t it? Regardless, it’s good to know and something I’ll do more research on and get back to you when I can. Thank you for this information.

EDIT: I’m not getting my hopes up, knowing Roblox support, but I have emailed them with this new information and am awaiting a response.
