Overall, I think this is a nice piece of art! Although I noticed that the chin is a bit wonky.
But I wouldn’t be worried about that! Since this is your first project, there’s always room for improvements next time! The pros are that your character is very accurate to the one in the photo! Nice job on this! I hope you make more art of this!

one thing that stands out is th lineart for the piece.
unless intentional, artists should learn how to draw smooth, quick lines. the way you made the lines is referred to “chicken scratch”.
your lines should be confident strokes, and dont worry if you mess up; since in digital art you can just undo it.
its fine to chicken scratch on sketches since its only a sketch and not the lineart, but its important to learn about line quality and how you control your lines. each stroke should serve a purpose 
you could also lower the arms a bit, as in anatomy hands reach down to your hips/thighs =P

I think the “chicken scratch” look is fine, in some cases. It’s part of the overall style of that artist.

in some cases sure, if thats what they want for their art style thats fine too. but its usually one of the first things beginners do while drawing; so hopefully understanding how to make clear, distinct lines as opposed to multiple will help them along the way.
the way the artist draws the lines are uneven and sometimes reach off from other lines; and it could be difficult to draw clear details if all the lines crowd a small area.
chicken scratch lines may be picked up by seeing other artists drawing in a similar way, except the lines may be more uniform. and its due to the experience the other artist has in controlling their pen that it looks clear and defined. beginner artists should try and practice drawing lineart to build up hand eye coordination and more control with the pen to better improve their lines =P
