Hello,
I’ve been seeing a strange circular shadow on some parts. It happens only if:
-the parts are transparent
-the part is close enough to another part below it
-CastShadow is enabled on the part and GlobalShadows are enabled
-The camera is close to the part
This photo shows the bug:
This photo shows it not occuring on a non-transparent part:
This photo shows it not occuring on an elevated, transparent part:
This photo shows it not occuring without CastShadow (part without CastShadow marked by red part near it, but it is also the one on the right)
Here is a game file with all four examples:
shadowGlitch.rbxl (55.0 KB)
[EDIT] System Specs:
i5-12600K
48GB DDR4
RX 6600 (Primary display adapter, I think I have the most recent drivers or one of them, but I think I’m using the very new ones that are still in beta)
Teamgroup MP44L (1TB, primary boot drive) + Samsung 980 Pro (2TB, secondary drive) + Teamgroup T-Force Vulcan Z (256GB, secondary drive)
Expected behavior
There shouldn’t be a shadow following the camera.
Thank you!
