What is this client code and how can I fix it?

It possibly is something inside a model. (It is possibly a texture.) It is not malicious if that’s what you are asking.
Although it does go into the CoreGui, so it’s probably a script Roblox adds to update the topbar.

There likely isn’t a fix outside of disabling the health gui and creating your own.

“CoreGui” is being referenced, which is the core UI inserted into Roblox games automatically, as such, this is likely an internal issue with the engine.
