Working on a new group to try make hiring artisans easier:

Check it out and any feedback is greatly appreciated

I tried to make this into a gif, got two very bad results, so here’s an .avi format:

Bad version 1 (I swear I don’t do drugs man!)
Bad version 2

You should add more particle effects to riding on the snow, or when landing on it after a jump.

ICYMI: I tried my hand at map design, experimenting with an R2DA map’s layout. See here: Casius Spaceport layout

@PumpkinWhite made some dank camos so I tried fiddling around with them as gun camos. Click to zoom in/see detail

I think he’s going to be making skins, soon. The difference between skins and camos is that camos are repeating patterns (as shown) and skins are hand-made UV mapped custom wraps. Like a tiger on the side of a gun, for instance.

Quick screenshot of what I’m working on:

The meshes need more polish before I mirror for the left side but it looks promising so far. It will take a lot of work to make mouth/eye animations that don’t look creepy.
For the male version I’ll probably just sculpt the face a bit and redo the body.

Once it’s ready I’ll probably add a setting to shard seekers that toggles between model types so I can get feedback on it.

I like it!

I think that shirt shows why material scaling would be such a good feature.

Agreed.
The model looks awesome, but the material looks like it’s the scratchiest wool tank top ever.

I forgot to ask, how are you rotating the minimap with clipping? It’s obvious that it’s dynamically generated(or so I think) but I’m wondering how you clip it since rotated GUIs don’t clip. Do you calculate how long they could possibly be?

Since the minimap seems to consist of lines only, you can just calculate if each line is in view or where it clips the sides otherwise, then adjust the size/position appropriately so it stops at the border.

Been working on my discord bot further :tada: :tada: :tada:

I setup a query that people can use along side logging to get active users. (this is run on the stylis studios discord) the messages are all within the last 30 days as well. ![|513x500](upload://150aSOlQHki0WnpALo0eqjhnr7u.png)
and moderation tool formatting (though the format isn't that new ;p) ![|493x139](upload://1Q9s6S1QWZM0Ghx0qHZ0ZifhkgS.png) It will show in the logs like ![|433x164](upload://uzmrrDBeRQEKEF255xKZIn9eMGq.png)

“mouth/eye animations”

How do you plan on doing that? Eye blinking would be feasible because you could have empty eye sockets in the head model, and separate models for the eyeballs and eyelids which could each be moved independently. The mouth can’t really be its own piece though without looking super weird.

Been working on a BO2 style game :eyes:

Those curled GUI elements remind me of that nethergames fps.

Yeah, took forever to rotate them correctly. Someone told me they looked like his HUD from a few years ago but I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

When you start to scale you can run into issues. Also roblox AA doesn’t seem to work on GUI objects. I highly recommend you use an image instead.

I’m actually not going to scale them. I’ve tried using an image but the scaling doesn’t work when most of the UI elements are text as it distorts the positioning etc.

Meanwhile my bot is posting memes and cannot hold a conversation for more than 3 messages.

What are you using to make the format like that?
