When the part that has the particles collides, anchor it and use the Debris:AddItem(YourPart,particle.Lifetime.Max), That’ll get it fading smexy-like.

Gifs don’t have to be moving, they can be used as just a regular image.

Sure, they can be. But GIFs were designed to be animated, so usually you would expect them to be.

Somehow most people think GregTame’s GIF is a still image.
It’s actually an animated thing, but with its 1.73 MB it might take a while to load for certain people.
(also need to “zoom in” on it, as just embedded on the page it doesn’t play)
