Multiplayer, it’d be triggered server-side when something special happens(like a headshot killstreak or something).
Haha, much appreciated guys

When the memes are overused just right
a man out for my heart, no doubt
omg this guy is absolutely horrible
Not taking advantage of loops?
Wow you actually going to achieve that
Been working on more spells/abilities for different classes/class branches.
Killing Floor!!!
This is neat but can you please do something about combat? All those pretty characters and UI yet you still fight by taking turns facing each other and swinging every 2 seconds like its a 2008 RPG.
That’s characteristic combat for an mmo, there aren’t many mmos that have “broken the game of numbers” and been successful. It’d be cool if souls game or (lord forbid) skyrim combat was a thing in mmos but it defeats the purpose of what an mmorpg is.
Idk if this works but in Assassins Creed you’re surrounded by enemies and have the ability to do some sweet combo-moves. In AC(3?) I would use my little needle-rope thingy as a throwing knife. It’d go into some dudes face, I’d tear it back, the nearby enemies would be pushed back, and I would already be ready to attack the next guy.
Dragon’s Dogma combat would do wonderful in an mmorpg (assuming the equipped spell/skill limit was increased from 8 or whatever it is).
Examples (see bottom-right corner for skills/spells):
Dragons dogma was great but it isn’t a traditional mmo. Even DD online fits more an action rpg than a mmo (imo) but it still doesn’t match that traditional WoW or even Runescape type rpg that vorlias is shooting for.
Games like dragons dogma and dark souls and the whole group of action rpgs typically let you play without investing stats and you’d sill be able to complete big amounts of the game, albeit with a lot more difficulty but it’s totally possible because progression ins’t strictly number based. 90% of mmorpgs work in absolutes where your numbers matter more than your combat ability, you simply can’t progress without the right numbers.
Just go on add some levels and release it as paid access and see how many players go and test it out!
now add the chant and you’re shipshape
