Watched Agent 47 a few minutes ago and began wondering why there were so many explosions. I tried adding some to Kinetic Code and I understood immediately why we must have explosions.

Edit: Wanted to see how well this worked under stress. Each shotgun fire is 8 explosions in one frame, and I shoot 8 shots total for 64 explosions in a matter of ~4 seconds. No performance slowdowns until explosion ~#32ish so I think things are looking good for proper dynamic fragmentation in real gameplay.
Pretty fun, gets pretty crazy at high speeds
Also, I’d recommend reducing any elasticity on the walls if you haven’t already; bouncing even slightly too much was lethal every time
