It’s very interesting. It speeds up time from day to night. I can’t figure out why my video to demonstrate it doesn’t work…
You shouldn’t use dark icons in dark colors
Edit:
Also, the dark theme is a little bit bright. I recommend the first layer’s color #121212 then a white frame inside of the first layer with 1,0,1,0 size, 0,0,0,0 position, no border, and 0.95 transparency, 0.9 transparency or 0.85 transparency.
Alright, noted. Thanks for the feedback.
I’m currently working on an accurate recreation of the 2011 client. I’ve made a video showcasing some features if anyone’s interested.
Tried low-poly building for the first time. Hoping to polish my technique so I can eventually build a full game in this style.
Not bad.

Yo!
I’ve been working on a sci-fi pirate themed lobby, it is still work in progress.
It is for afuture game in collaboration with Chichine, and I got a few pics for y’all !
Finally decided to start sharing my work on Twitter, so I might as well share it here as well!
- First, a suburban house map:
- Featuring a little optical trick to create distance. In reality, the ends of the background are less than 200 studs away from my character:
- Second map: a (somewhat) procedurally generated manor maze!
- Gameplay will be from a bird’s eye view, however. The camera is zoomed out more in this screenshot than it will be in-game.
- And third, (everyone’s personal favorite), a submarine!
Also, I uploaded a little thumbnail encompassing all of these builds in the Twitter link down below. If you’re curious about where this is all heading, perhaps consider following?
What program(s) did you use to made this lovely work?
This reminds me of egg hunt 2017!
