Made a “super mode” of sorts. It’s not scripted to occur ingame, but it looks cool so far.
Basically he got struck by a 1.21 gigawatt bolt of lightning.

I’ve spent the last week or so learning Roact, and I finally finished my first small-scale project using it. Figured I’d record my thoughts.

Notes:

  • Yes, I forgot to switch back to my screen at the 6-minute point or so. I’ll remember eventually.
  • Roact is not a “state management library,” I confused it with Rodux for a second there. My point about Roact managing state well still stands, though.

More Madness District content. This time, on a new map for an area called April Island, which will be one of the smaller maps to explore, hunt, and do heists & missions inside of. It’ll have a more retrofuturistic steampunk and dieselpunk style mix.

Currently making a huge railway system that would transport Robloxians to different stations by means of automatic trains. I’m also making a hotel game (it’s more of a showcase-roleplay) and a city game.

Super big wip so far. It’s still pretty messy but I’m happy to finally be doing some environments =D
