I made a simple snake game in like 5 hours using the GUI tech from my rasterizer so it runs at 60fps.

That is a developer’s interpretation of the Quixel EULA, not an official statement by Quixel or Epic Games. I even replied to that thread when it was first posted pointing out how it misconstrues the meaning of the terms of the agreement.
