WAYWOC Withdrawal Disease (WWD) was first identified in a Crazed user in the early weeks of 2023, when the WAYWOC 2023 megathread was delayed by roughly a month (posted in February). Quarantined in a private message associated with the patient, higher ranked forum officials deemed the case to be resolved after rigorous measures were taken to prevent spread of paranoia stemming from the patient.
On January 9, 2025, a case of WWD was detected in the #development-discussion province of devforum.roblox.com. Since Patient 0, the countless measures taken by the forum’s officials have allowed the users to report and contain the spread of WWD.
