What direction is "forwards" in roblox studio?

Which direction is the global “forwards” in roblox studio? Is it -Z or +Z?

In parts, attachments recognise -Z as forwards however on the View Selector, it suggests its the -z however i keep getting conflicting info so which direction is true forwards?

My understanding is that it is -z.
