What is exactly roblox creator event 2.0?

So I just got this message by roblox and I have a few questions I couldn’t find anywhere. So here are my questions :

1. • Who has access to that event ? How many people ? Why me ?
2. • Weeks ago I saw the new event tab thinking it was just a new update than anyone would have access to, but can anyone use it ?
3. • Can you tell me in details what exaclty is that event ?
4. • Any other information about that event ?

Basically, this is just a message to inform users about the events. Everyone should have access to attend it, but Roblox is just picking some users and messaging them about the event.
