What is this new shiftlock? How do I disable it?

When I use shiftlock, a weird new UI pops up. Apparently when you right click, it toggles between the shiftlock options. Overall, it isn’t very useful and I’m not sure how to disable it.

By the way, this isn’t a beta feature just in Roblox Studio. It’s in all games. I even switch throughout different accounts and it still is resorting to this feature.
