Observation, Reflection, Innovation, Compression and finally Realization.
ORICR
You must understand the platform and its community
You must analyse the need and intrests of the players
You must know the disadvantages of finished games to innovate
You must make it possible to be done, unlike meaningless visions
You or your team must work for at least 100 hours on the project in order to stand a chance
