What should I do if my account was hacked and all my robux were spent?

Hello everyone, I do not know where else to contact me, except for the forum, as the Roblox support service did not help me. My account was hacked (I did not provide any details and password for my account and did not tell anyone, I know that some tab extensions in chrome can hack your account if a tab with roblox is open)

I contacted Roblox Support, but I received this message:

I also sent them a reply message in which I sent screenshots with proof that this is my account and I am sending an email to them, but they have not answered me yet and I do not know if they will answer me at all…

You didn’t verify with your email so roblox can’t verify that you own the account.

Try emailing them regarding verification with previous verified email.

then you must do what @TomPlays63 said.

i did test this on an old account. i linked a verified email to the account then changed it to another one as if i were hacked. then contacted them from the previous verified email and yes, they actually gave me access to the account by securing it with the previous verified email instead of the new linked one.

if you still have access to your previous verified email go to Roblox Support and contact them from that email, under Account Hacked or Can’t Log In > Account Hacked.

you’ll probably get access to it
